By accessing or using GeniPhase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Service Description

GeniPhase is an AI influencer operations platform for planning, drafting, moderating, scheduling, publishing, and analyzing social media content across connected accounts.

The service may generate suggested content, replies, schedules, and insights. You remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and using any output in a lawful and platform-compliant way.

Accounts and Workspaces

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs in your workspace.

You must only connect social accounts, brands, assets, and data that you are authorized to use.

Acceptable Use

You may not use GeniPhase to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate others without permission, distribute malware, manipulate platform systems, or create deceptive or harmful content.

You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and automation rules of each connected social platform, including X, Threads, Instagram, TikTok, and any future integrations.

AI-Generated Content

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific audience. You should review generated content before publishing or relying on it.

GeniPhase is designed to support moderation, auditability, and approval workflows, but final responsibility for published content remains with you.

Connected Platforms

When you connect a third-party platform account, you authorize GeniPhase to use the permissions you grant for features such as profile verification, content publishing, comment ingestion, replies, token refresh, and account status checks.

You can disconnect platform accounts from the app where supported. Some platform actions may remain visible on the third-party service after disconnecting.

YouTube API Services

GeniPhase uses YouTube API Services to publish to and manage the YouTube channels you connect. By connecting a channel, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge that Google's Privacy Policy applies to the Google account data involved.

You are responsible for making sure the videos GeniPhase publishes to your channel comply with YouTube's own policies. You can revoke GeniPhase's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

Intellectual Property

You retain rights to content, brand materials, and data you provide to the service. You grant GeniPhase the limited rights needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.

GeniPhase, including its software, interface, workflows, and branding, remains the property of its owner or licensors.

Availability and Changes

The service may change over time, and features may be modified, suspended, or removed. GeniPhase may be unavailable during maintenance, platform outages, or infrastructure incidents.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeniPhase is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, platform enforcement actions, or content outcomes.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued use creates security, legal, or operational risk.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
